Everyday Coffee Company in New York, NY is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple QSR locations within the Dunkin franchise network. You will open new stores, drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and achieve strong financial results across all stores.

The role requires 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management, a track record of meeting goals, and strong leadership. Travel up to 70% is expected, with proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, QSR, Grocery Retail, or Dunkin' a plus. Large geography and remote support preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.
• Travel as needed to various operation zones on day trips and overnight up to 70% of the time
