Everyday Coffee Company in Frisco, TX is seeking a dynamic District Manager to lead multiple QSR locations franchised with Dunkin'. You will open new locations, drive operational excellence, recruit and develop leaders, and deliver strong financial results.

You will travel up to 70% across operation zones, manage labor and food costs, implement promotions, and ensure brand standards. Requires 5+ years multi-unit management, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• QSR or Dunkin' experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership and financial management skills.
• Willing to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor Store Managers and teams.
• Ensure brand standards, health permits, safety compliance.
• Manage labor and food costs to meet budgets; drive sales.
