The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and travel up to 70% to oversee locations. Franchisee employment arrangements apply, with a pay range of $60,000–$80,000 and a 20% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management.
• Experience with QSR, grocery retail, or Dunkin' a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Willing to travel up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor Store Managers and teams.
• Ensure brand standards, health and safety compliance.
• Manage labor and food costs to meet budgets.
