• Requires strong English communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Must have solid written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR functions: recruiting, hiring, performance reviews, development plans.
• Train and ensure use of appropriate training tools.
• Maintain safety, food safety and brand standards.
• Assist with remodels and new openings, lead team meetings.
• Coach on costs, budgets, and seasonal planning.
