Cafua Management Company is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee 5-8 Dunkin’ Donuts locations. The role emphasizes recruiting, onboarding, staff development and enforcing brand standards while visiting stores regularly.

The MUM will drive operational excellence, control costs, coach restaurant leaders, and implement seasonal plans and new product rollouts across locations. Strong English and MS Office skills are required.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding and staff development across multiple restaurants.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Coach managers on sales, marketing and labor/food costs.
• Lead team meetings and communicate operational updates.
• Monitor training progress and guest service quality.
• Plan remodels and new openings and manage actions.
