Cafua Management Company seeks a Multi-Unit Manager to lead 5–8 Dunkin Donuts locations, focusing on guest service, brand standards and profitability. The role includes recruiting, onboarding, training managers and crews, and visiting sites regularly.

You will drive team development, maintain safety and sanitation compliance, and coordinate with operations leadership to meet seasonal goals and remodels. Strong English skills and Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for 5–8 Dunkin’ Donuts locations with focus on guest service and brand standards
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop restaurant managers and crew
• Monitor budgets, costs and labor to support profitability
• Lead team meetings and communicate operations updates
• Ensure safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Develop action plans for remodels and openings and implement brand standards
