Cafua Management Company, a Dunkin franchisee, is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to lead operations across 5-8 Dunkin’ Donuts and Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins combo locations. You will recruit, onboard, train, and develop managers, while driving guest service and brand standards.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, coaching restaurant leaders, and ensuring compliance with safety and operations. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent in education and experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Facilitation and presentation skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operations for 5-8 Dunkin’ Donuts locations.
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training of staff.
• Manage budgets and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Visit locations regularly and guide managers.
