You will ensure operational standards, speed of service, product quality and guest satisfaction are consistently met, while driving sales and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a multi-unit management capacity in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred.
• College degree in business may substitute for part of the experience.
• Self-motivated, highly energetic, enjoys working with people.
• Proficient written, verbal & math skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Open/flexible schedule (nights/weekends).
• Serve-Safe Certified.
