Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee restaurant management teams across the district, ensuring high guest satisfaction and adherence to QSC standards. The role requires extensive travel to stores and strong leadership to drive performance and development.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (preferably multi-unit).
• Financial planning aptitude including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all District Team Members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates each restaurant’s QSC standards; provides regular feedback and coaching on improvement; conducts periodic inspections.
• Communicates customer comments and concerns to the appropriate Restaurant Manager; follows up to ensure timely handling.
• Ensures General Managers and GMITs receive orientation, training, and development opportunities.
• Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to motivate and improve staff performance.
• Evaluates overall performance of General Managers and GMITs against standards and expectations.
• Negotiates vendor contracts for the district following company approval processes.
• Upholds food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements for Guests and Team Members.
