Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead restaurant management teams across the district. You will ensure teams perform their duties and meet expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.

You will train, coach, and develop General Managers and GMITs, monitor financial results, and drive guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies and food safety standards. This role requires regular travel and strong leadership across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of restaurant experience.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit preferred).
• Financial planning skills including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all District Team Members are trained, motivated and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate restaurant QSC standards and provide regular coaching and inspections.
• Communicate customer comments to Restaurant Management and follow up for timely resolution.
• Oversee orientation, training and development for General Managers and GMITs.
• Coach and provide performance feedback to improve Team Member performance.
• Analyze district performance and take corrective actions to meet financial goals.
• Support company marketing programs and evaluate local restaurant marketing strategies.
