Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee the performance of Restaurant Management Teams across multiple locations. You will ensure each team meets job responsibilities and expected standards in all areas of their roles.

Responsibilities include training, coaching, and evaluating managers, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving financial performance. The role requires heavy travel and a strong background in fast‑food, full‑service, or convenience operations.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years restaurant experience.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Financial planning including budgeting and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all Restaurant Management Teams are trained, motivated, and delivering guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates each restaurant’s QSC standards and provides coaching and inspections.
• Communicates customer feedback to Restaurant Managers and follows up for timely resolution.
• Ensures General Managers and GMITs receive orientation, training, and development opportunities.
• Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to Team Members.
• Evaluates General Managers and GMITs based on set standards; provides counseling as needed.
• Coordinates training on new products, programs, and changes.
• Recruits and promotes Team Members; matches management to restaurant needs.
• Analyzes business performance and initiates corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Supports marketing programs and evaluates local restaurant marketing strategies.
