Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual skills a plus.
• Associate’ s or bachelor’s degree required; related fields preferred.
• 5-7+ years in restaurant management in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a district of restaurants (typically 10 units).
• Develop and implement district strategies to meet goals and support business objectives.
• Provide training, coaching and performance feedback to General Managers and GMITs.
