Job summary

Carl’s Jr California is seeking a District Manager to oversee daily operations for a cluster of restaurants, typically about ten units. Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (business administration, restaurant management, or finance preferable).
• 5-7+ years in restaurant management positions in a similar role as District Manager or Regional Manager (preferably multi-unit restaurant experience including full-service, fast food or convenience).
• Must be 18 years of age (or older per applicable law)
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations for a group of restaurants, typically 10 units, and develop strategies to meet district goals.
• Serve as operational bridge between the district restaurants and management teams, ensuring responsibilities are met.
• Ensure GM/GMITs and shift leaders perform their duties and meet performance expectations.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to restaurant management teams; enforce company standards.
