Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree in business, hospitality, or related field.
• 5-7+ years in restaurant management, multi-unit experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations for a district of restaurants.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet district goals and drive growth.
• Act as the operational bridge between district restaurants and corporate leadership.
• Coach and develop General Managers and GMITs to maximize performance.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, safety, and labor laws.
