Job summary

Carl’s Jr. is hiring a District Manager to lead daily operations for a cluster of restaurants in California.

You will drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence and profitable growth across roughly ten units, working closely with General Managers and GMITs. You are a seasoned multi-unit operator with a proven track record in restaurant management, strong leadership, coaching and communication skills, and the ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, restaurant management or finance.
• 5–7+ years in restaurant management, multi-unit experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across the district (approx. 10 units).
• Develop and implement strategies to meet district goals and boost performance.
• Coach and develop General Managers and GMITs to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guest satisfaction standards.
