Job summary

Carl’s Jr. is seeking a District Manager to lead Restaurant Management Teams and drive operational excellence across the district. The role focuses on coaching General Managers and GMTs/GMITs to deliver quality products and superior guest experiences.

The candidate will oversee budgeting, scheduling and compliance, while modeling company values and maintaining strong communication with internal and external management. A BA/BS is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Approximately five to seven years of experience and/or education demonstrating knowledge of restaurant operations (preferably QSR).
• BA/BS Degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable DMV report.
• Reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management experience.
• Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.
• Team-building and leadership abilities.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of Restaurant Management Teams to ensure quality product and guest satisfaction.
• Provide training and development through GMTs/GMITs to raise team capabilities.
• Maximize financial performance and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with laws, company policies, and procedures.
