Job description

The District Manager provides leadership, oversees the restaurant leadership team, and provides guidance to General Managers in order to achieve short and long-term company objectives. This position is critical to Carl's Jr. Restaurants. The District Manager contributes to the success of Carl's Jr.by overseeing multiple restaurants and assisting restaurant leadership to ensure a positive Guest experience and company profitability, attain and deliver sales and profit objectives; all while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation.

DistrictManagers have a proven track record of successfully managing restaurants. They have full responsibility for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing the management team of employees in their restaurants in order to meet the company's performance expectations.
