Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Regional Manager to plan and lead the activities of all stores within the assigned area, including full profit and loss responsibility, aligned with company objectives and policies.

You will drive area sales growth, ensure excellent customer service, and develop store teams through proactive recruitment and education. Weekly travel in a company-provided vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated results-oriented leadership with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in multi-unit retail or grocery management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
