Job summary

Dollar General seeks an Area Leader to plan and lead the activities of all stores within the assigned area, with full profit and loss responsibility and alignment to company objectives and policies to achieve regional goals.

You will drive results through development of store teams, focus on customer service, inventory management, scheduling and cost control while traveling weekly in a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years retail management experience with multi-unit operations and full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Big-box retail management or equivalent education/experience considered.
• Demonstrated leadership and results orientation.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
• Willingness to travel weekly with a company vehicle; valid license required.
