Responsibilities include developing Store Managers, controlling expenses, and delivering strong customer service across stores. Travel is weekly in a company vehicle, with occasional overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Big-box retail management experience will be considered.

• Oversee administration of human resources policies and practices.
• Ensure exceptional customer service through development of stores.
• Drive annual sales growth through Operations and efficient flow processes.
• Maintain superior visual merchandising, product management, and signing/pricing.
• Plan and execute Company objectives effectively.
• Maximize performance through smart scheduling and staff development.
• Recruit, select, and train Store Managers to grow the team.
• Protect Company assets via loss prevention and cost controls.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within operations.
