Job summary

Dollar General is seeking an Area Leader to plan and oversee the activities of all stores within the assigned area, with full P&L responsibility and alignment to company objectives. You will lead store teams to deliver superior customer service and achieve divisional goals.

The role requires development of personnel, effective communication of regional priorities, and the ability to drive sales growth through efficient operations and inventory management. Travel in a company vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience across multi-store, P&L responsibility.
• Ability to analyze operating statements and manage budgets.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; customer service focus.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop staff.
• Willingness to travel weekly in company vehicle.
