Job summary

Dollar General seeks an Area Manager to plan and lead the activities of all stores within the assigned area, with full P&L responsibility and alignment to company objectives.

You will lead store teams, drive sales growth, ensure operational excellence, and recruit and develop staff while maintaining strong loss prevention. This role requires weekly travel in a company vehicle and a valid driver's license.
