Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead Restaurant Management Teams across the district, ensuring performance against job descriptions and driving total guest satisfaction. You’ll train, coach, and evaluate managers, implement corrective actions, and support marketing initiatives to optimize district results.

The role requires 7–10 years in restaurants with 3–5 years in multi-unit management, strong financial planning skills, and willingness to travel 4–5 days/week.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in restaurant settings.
• 3–5 years in management positions, preferably multi-unit.
• Financial planning including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training, motivation, and guest satisfaction across district teams.
• Evaluate QSC standards and provide coaching and inspections.
• Communicate customer feedback to Restaurant Managers and follow up.
• Oversee orientation and development for General Managers and GMITs.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to teams.
• Assess GM/GMIT performance against set standards and expectations.
• Handle counseling and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Train on new products, programs, and changes.
• Recruit General Managers and GMITs; align talent with needs.
• Analyze business performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Support marketing programs and evaluate local strategies.
