Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts in Bangor, ME is seeking a District Manager to oversee recruitment and development across 5 to 6 stores, ensuring operational standards, top guest service, product quality and cleanliness.

You will lead a team, hire and train staff, drive sales, supervise controllables, plan and communicate strategies, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Franchisee-owned stores offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a multi-unit management capacity in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) is preferred.
• College degree in business or a closely related field may substitute for part of the experience.
• Self-motivated and highly energetic.
