Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a District Manager to administer recruitment and development across 5–6 stores in the Blue Hill region. You will ensure the proper implementation of all standards, including guest service, speed of service, product quality and store cleanliness.

You will lead and coach teams, hire and train staff, drive sales growth, monitor controllables, and plan and communicate strategies to meet goals in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a multi-unit management capacity is preferred.
• Experience in quick service restaurants (QSR) is beneficial.
• Proficiency in coordinating teams and operations across stores.
