Job summary

The Dunkin' Donuts franchisee in Maine is seeking a District Manager to recruit, develop and oversee operations across 5 to 6 stores, ensuring guest service, product quality and cleanliness while guiding a fast-paced team.

You will build talent, drive sales, coach managers, and manage controllables while communicating plans to achieve goals. Requires 1–3 years in multi-unit management and QSR experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a multi-unit management capacity
• Experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) is preferred
