Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a District Manager to oversee 5 to 6 stores in the Bethel, ME area. You will recruit, develop and lead teams while upholding operational standards, guest service and product quality.

In this fast-paced role you’ll drive sales, manage controllables, ensure compliance, and communicate plans to teams. The ideal candidate has multi-unit management experience and a college degree, is energetic, self-motivated and guest-focused.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a multi-unit management capacity in a fast-paced environment; QSR preferred.
• College degree in business or a closely related field may substitute for part of the required experience.
• Serve-Safe certification is preferred.
