Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a District Manager to recruit and develop staff across 5 to 6 stores, ensuring operational standards including order accuracy, speed of service, product quality, cleanliness and outstanding guest service.

You will lead a team, hire and train talent, drive sales growth, manage controllables and compliance, and plan and communicate actionable strategies to meet goals. The role requires 1-3 years in multi-unit management and Serve-Safe certification.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a multi-unit management capacity in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) is preferred.
• College degree may substitute for part of the experience.
