Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a District Manager to recruit, develop and lead a 5–6 store portfolio. You will oversee operational standards, speed of service, product quality and guest service, ensuring consistency across locations.

You will hire and train teams, drive sales, analyze performance, and enforce compliance while maintaining a positive, fast-paced work environment. This role requires strong leadership, reliability and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a multi-unit management capacity, in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) is preferred.
• College degree in business or closely related field may substitute for a portion of the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads Operational Excellence and the Guest Service Commitment across 5–6 stores.
• Builds Team Talent through hiring, training and coaching.
• Drives Sales Growth by identifying opportunities and executing plans.
• Manages Controllables and Restaurant Compliance, and makes timely decisions under pressure.
• Plans and Communicates actionable goals and aligns team strategies.
