Job summary

Baskin-Robbins seeks a District Manager to lead multiple stores, drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and coach store managers across the market. You will set standards, monitor profitability, and work with general managers to optimize staffing, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will travel across the district to implement programs, train staff, and maintain brand consistency while upholding health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operational management in fast casual dining.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train across operations, marketing, and store financials.
• Financial literacy including P&L, cost of goods, labor.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Proven track record in coaching and developing managerial staff.
• Proficient with restaurant management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for store managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead GM to deliver controllable profit and achieve flow-thru goals.
• Use reports to identify opportunities and drive top-line growth.
• Partner with GMs to grow sales and outperform last year.
• Coach and train management teams; monitor training quality.
• Maintain staffing levels and oversee selection programs.
• Ensure OSHA and health/safety policy compliance.
• Drive recognition and motivation across the market.
• Create a safe environment for employees and customers.
