Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a multi-unit management capacity.
• College degree in business or a closely related field.
• Serve-Safe Certified.
• Open/Flexible Schedule (willing to work nights/weekends).
• Proficient Written, Verbal & Math Skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads Operational Excellence and the Guest Service Commitment: role models guest service and motivates the team to deliver passionate service.
• Builds Team Talent: hires and develops Restaurant teams; provides coaching and training.
• Drives Sales Growth: seeks opportunities, challenges the status quo and drives results.
• Manages Controllables and Restaurant Compliance: analyzes performance and makes timely decisions under pressure.
• Plans and Communicates: creates actionable plans and clearly conveys information to influence others.
