Baskin-Robbins is seeking a District Manager to administer recruitment and development across 5–6 stores. You will ensure adherence to operational standards including guest service, product quality and cleanliness while driving profitable store performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a multi-unit management capacity, in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) is preferred.
• Self-motivated, highly energetic and enjoys working with people.
• Proficient written, verbal and math skills.

• Leads Operational Excellence and the Guest Service Commitment: models exceptional Guest service and motivates the Team to deliver passionate service.
• Builds Team Talent through effective training, deployment and communication.
