Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of multi-unit restaurants in the Orlando and Miami areas. The role focuses on coaching restaurant managers, ensuring brand standards, and driving guest satisfaction and profitability across the portfolio.

The District Manager will analyze store performance, implement improvements, and collaborate with franchise owners to execute marketing initiatives and new products. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math and financial management.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant managers across multiple units and drive performance.
• Analyze sales and drive improvements in operations, profitability and guest service.
• Ensure brand standards, quality and food safety compliance across portfolio.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant managers; coach for sales growth and profitability.
• Deliver training to managers on marketing windows, limited-time offers and brand initiatives.
