Taco Bell franchisee Area Coach role overseeing 4–10 restaurants is responsible for leadership over RGM teams, driving performance, and ensuring alignment with operating plans. The role requires travel between stores daily and strong people leadership skills.

Ideal candidates have a track record of improving customer satisfaction, financial results, and staff development, with excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of coaching and developing managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making.
• Basic personal computer literacy.

Responsabilités

• Find, hire and develop RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on the 4 Rights and provide regular feedback in 1:1 sessions.
• Take action without being told and maintain a high activity level.
• Understand customer perspectives through scheduled visits and VOC/CORE analytics.
• Lead product and program rollouts to ensure success in the restaurants.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with coworkers, employees, and customers.
• Analyze the financial performance of the area and identify trends.
