Job summary

Taco Bell Franchisee is seeking an Area Coach to lead approximately 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants. You will recruit, coach, and develop RGMs and Shift Managers, ensuring customer satisfaction and solid financial performance.

You will travel between stores daily, analyze performance, and drive rollout of new products and programs while maintaining strong team dynamics and high customer service levels.

Qualifications

• Five years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing managerial employees.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities.
• Exceptional team-building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants.
• Find, hire, and develop RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on the 4 Rights and provide regular feedback in 1:1 sessions.
• Take initiative, exceed requirements, and maintain high activity levels.
• Analyze VOC and CORE to gauge customer perception of stores.
• Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs to ensure success.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with colleagues, employees and customers.
• Analyze the financial performance of the area and identify trends.
