Taco Bell franchisee in the United States is seeking an Area Coach to provide leadership for 4–10 restaurants, hire and develop RGMs, and coach on the 4 Rights with regular 1:1 feedback. The role requires proactive action, strong customer insight, and overseeing product rollouts to drive performance.

The candidate will monitor customer satisfaction, financial results, and team engagement, traveling daily between stores and maintaining a high-energy, positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of operational multi-unit management experience.
• Proven track record in selecting, coaching and developing managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team-building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants.
• Find, hire and develop RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on the 4 Rights and give regular feedback in 1:1 sessions.
• Take action without being told and maintain high activity levels.
• Analyze VOC and CORE to understand customer views across restaurants.
• Lead product and program rollouts to ensure success.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with staff and customers.
• Analyze the financial performance of your area and identify trends.
