Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group operates Taco Bell franchises and seeks an Area Coach to lead 4-10 restaurants. You will hire, coach, and develop RGMs and Shift Managers while ensuring strong customer relations and solid financial results across the area.

You will travel between stores daily, assess performance, and roll out key programs. A proven multi-unit management background and outstanding leadership capabilities are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and supervision of approximately 4-10 Taco Bell restaurants.
• Find, hire and develop RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on the 4 Rights and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.
• Take action without prompting and maintain high activity levels.
• Assess customer perceptions via visits, VOC and CORE analyses.
• Lead product and program rollouts to ensure success in the restaurants.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with coworkers and customers.
• Analyze financial performance of the area and identify trends.
