Taco Bell Franchisee in the United States seeks an Area Coach to lead 4–10 restaurants, hire and develop RGMs and shift managers, and coach teams on the How We Work Together principles. You will analyze restaurant performance, drive product and program rollouts, resolve customer issues, and travel regularly to stores to ensure top results.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on coaching to optimize customer satisfaction, budget attainment and team engagement

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful multi-unit management experience.
• Proven ability to hire, coach and develop managerial employees.
• Proven record of achieving customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution ability.
• Excellent team-building capabilities and hands-on leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants.
• Find, hire and develop RGMs, assistants and shift managers.
• Coach RGMs on the How We Work Together Principles and give regular feedback.
• Travel between stores daily to monitor operations and performance.
• Lead product and program rollouts and ensure successful implementation.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Analyze area financial performance and identify trends.
