Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Support, Level 2 to tackle core maintenance, troubleshooting, and intermediate repairs across our properties in Arlington, TX. This role reports to the Maintenance team and provides guidance to Level 1 staff as needed.

You will diagnose HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and appliances, perform make-ready tasks for vacant units, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Strong quality and deadline orientation.
• EPA certification Type I, II, or Universal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Performing plumbing repairs on faucets, toilets, and drains.
• Handling make-ready duties and inspecting vacant units for rent-readiness.
• Providing technical direction to Level 1 staff.
• Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• General grounds maintenance and repairs, and assisting with trash removal.
