Job summary

Bridge Property Management in Dallas, TX seeks a Service Technician Support, Level 2. This intermediate technician performs core maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs with minimal supervision, including HVAC, appliances, plumbing, and electrical work.

You will service on-site units, handle on-call rotations, and guide Level 1 staff to ensure timely, quality service and move-in readiness. A high school diploma or trade schooling is preferred; EPA Type I/II cert is a plus; bilingual is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Strong quality and deadline orientation
• Trade-oriented background preferred (oil, plumbing, electrical)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems
• Perform plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains)
• Handle make-ready duties and inspect vacant units for rent-readiness
• Provide direction to Level 1 staff and assist with on-call rotations
