Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Support, Level 2 to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and intermediate repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. This role includes making-ready vacant units and guiding Level 1 staff, with on-call duties after hours.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in maintenance, a solid understanding of core systems, and a focus on quality and deadlines. Safety and professional standards are emphasized across properties.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience; intermediate knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Able to diagnose and repair common building systems and appliances.
• Strong quality and deadline orientation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains).
• Handle make-ready and inspect vacant units for rent-readiness.
• Provide technical direction to Level 1 staff.
• Assist with on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• Perform general grounds maintenance and other repairs; prepare spaces for occupancy.
