Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an Intermediate/Journey Level Service Technician Support, Level 2 to perform a broad range of complex repairs with minimal supervision. The role focuses on core maintenance, troubleshooting, and intermediate repairs across HVAC, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.

You will lead Level 1 staff, coordinate make-ready tasks, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations while upholding safety and quality standards at our Charlotte properties.

Qualifications

1–3 years experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Strong quality and deadline orientation.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems.
Perform plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains).
Make-ready duties and inspect vacant units for rent-readiness.
Provide technical direction to Level 1 staff.
Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
General grounds maintenance and repairs; clean common areas, assist with trash removal.
