Job summary

You will diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems, while supporting Level 1 staff and assisting with on-call emergencies.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, with strong quality and deadline orientation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems
• Performing plumbing repairs including faucets, toilets, and drains
• Handling make-ready tasks and inspecting vacant units for rent-readiness
• Providing technical direction to Level 1 staff
• Participating in on-call rotations for emergencies
• General grounds maintenance and basic repairs in common areas
• Follow safety procedures and appearance standards
