Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Support, Level 2 to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and intermediate repairs across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The role involves making repairs, maintaining units, and ensuring safety and compliance across properties.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, EPA certification, and the ability to communicate clearly with residents and leasing teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC at an intermediate level.
• Strong quality and deadline orientation.
• EPA certification Type I, II, or Universal preferred.
• High school diploma; trade school or some college.
• Bilingual ability where useful for properties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains).
• Handle make-ready duties and inspect vacant units for rent-readiness.
• Provide technical direction to Level 1 staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• General grounds maintenance and repairs; assist with trash removal and curb painting.
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards.
