Jackson Hewitt seeks a Multi Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Tax Preparer offices in the Rockford area. You will drive staffing, productivity, tax prep quality, and local marketing efforts to maximize revenue and profitability.

Lead seasonal team members, manage schedules and performance, coordinate with property managers, and ensure store standards. Strong leadership and tax/management experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years' management or supervisory experience.
• PTIN preferred.
• Experience with tax preparation software.
• PTIN Certification: Yes

Responsibilities

• Leads recruiting efforts and manages the interviewing process of seasonal employees for assigned area.
• Monitors associate performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
• Reviews and approves work schedules and timecard approvals; monitors time tracker.
• Handles employee relations issues and training with HR.
• Ensures office setups, buildouts, technology, and facilities meet company standards.
• Manages relationships with property managers and landlords; guides staff through complex problems.
