Wilcox & Flegel Oil Co. is seeking a General Manager to oversee the Lewis County Flyways locations, driving operational excellence and customer service across multiple sites.

You will lead ASMs and store teams, manage budgets and labor costs, mentor staff, and ensure safety, cleanliness, curb appeal, and compliance with company policies.

The role requires a strategic leader who can implement efficient processes, improve revenues, and foster a positive, community-minded brand.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with 3 years of retail management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin preferred with 5 years in multi-site retail.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Strong financial, budgeting, scheduling, and inventory skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, development, and performance of ASM and store staff.
• Ensure consistency in safety, cleanliness, and store standards.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and financial performance at stores.
• Lead scheduling, labor cost control, and staffing.
• Uphold brand standards and exceptional customer service.
• Analyze market trends and adjust store strategies.
