Wilcox & Flegel Oil Co. is seeking a District Manager of Retail Operations to oversee multiple Flyways locations, ensuring sales growth, customer service excellence and brand consistency.

You will lead store managers, align with core values, and drive engagement and development across the district. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or retail management or related field.
• 3–5 years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Experience leading a district or multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align district stores with Mission, Vision, Core Values and goals.
• Oversee daily operations to meet sales and profitability targets, control expenses and shrink.
• Maintain regular store presence and support location teams with policies and processes.
• Manage brand deployment of Flyways and Flipside across locations and uniform fuel standards.
• Monitor KPI’s and take data-driven actions to improve location performance.
• Allocate resources and budget to optimize profitability and efficiency.
