Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll for both hourly and salaried employees.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Reconcile payroll data and general ledger accounts.
• Administer timekeeping systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Calculate and process payroll deductions, including benefits and garnishments.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 generation.
