Qualifications

• Proficiency with payroll software (ADP Workforce Now, Paycom) and timekeeping systems.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regs.
• Experience with payroll general ledger reconciliation and journal entries.
• Excellent attention to detail and discretion with confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions.
• Administer and reconcile payroll-related benefits and deductions.
• Prepare and submit federal and state payroll tax filings.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, taxes, and deductions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
