Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience processing multi-state payroll for 500+ employees.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Paycom.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation for payroll.
• Ability to interpret collective bargaining agreements or complex pay rules.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state, bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Reconcile payroll data and general ledger accounts.
• Administer timekeeping system and resolve employee timecard issues.
• Calculate and process special payments, such as bonuses and severance.
• Prepare and submit accurate payroll tax filings and year-end reports.
